Looking for someone that lives in the Parma area that would be open to sewing "Forever Bears" for the families of our hospice patients. We would provide all the needed material for you, and you would turn a piece of clothing belonging to a patient's loved one into a bear that they can cherish forever. See attached picture for example.

The goal of hospice is to provide palliative care that addresses the physical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of service for the terminally ill as an integrated whole. Continuum Care Hospice is guided by the principals of responsive care, teamwork, leadership and stewardship. Care to the patient and caregivers will enable those served to experience death with grace and dignity.
