Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grants Writer and Researcher to volunteer with DEFAW, contributing their expertise to strengthen our funding efforts. This is a flexible, rewarding role where your time and talents can directly support initiatives that empower Afghan women and amplify their voices globally.

How You Can Help

• Grant Research : Use your knowledge and resources to identify funding opportunities that align with DEFAW’s mission. Share your insights to guide us toward potential supporters and partnerships.
• Proposal Writing : Apply your writing skills to craft compelling proposals that tell DEFAW’s story and connect with funders. Your expertise can help us articulate our vision and secure crucial support.
• Strategic Guidance : Offer input on our grant-seeking strategies and share ideas for improving our approach. Your experience will be invaluable in refining our efforts.
• Knowledge Sharing : Collaborate with the DEFAW team to share your knowledge about best practices in grant writing and research. We hope to learn from your expertise as we work together toward our goals.

Time Commitment

This role is designed to be flexible and manageable, requiring as little as a few hours each week. We are grateful for any time you can contribute to this important cause.
