Volunteer to be a part of the Humane Society donor stewardship team as a Cheerful Caller! Your kind words can make a big impact and help turn a donation into a lasting connection. When you volunteer to make thank you calls to new donors, you'll help us foster stronger relationships and ensure their continued support for our life-saving work.
This role is vital to filling a void on the Philanthropy Team during giving season. Volunteers will utilize Dialpad, Raiser’s Edge, Excel, and Chameleon to make phone calls. Quality customer service is a must, and ability to answer general shelter questions. Hands on training will be provided and scheduled by the Philanthropy staff.
Time commitment: 2 hours per shift (this is flexible), anytime between 10am-4pm Mondays-Fridays.
This is an in-person opportunity on location at the Humane Society.
Connect with our amazing supporters and show them how much we appreciate their generosity. Sign up to be a Cheer Caller today!
