York West Active Living Centre (YWALC) is a community based resource Centre for people 55 years of age and older. YWALC has been serving the Weston community for over 40 years.
We are looking for a volunteer who can work in the kitchen once a week on a set day from 8:30 am to 1:30pm making tea and coffee, handing out food items and light lunch preparation.
Training is provided. Experience is not required.
The person that we are looking for is:
- Punctual and reliable
- Available a minimum of 3 months
- Enjoys working with older adults
