At Empowered Futures, we are dedicated to creating confident, emotionally intelligent, and resourceful adults through self-empowerment, business mentorship, and unwavering support, to help them build their capability and reap their full potential.

This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

Responsibilities:

● Create and manage digital content (images, videos, graphics, videos, animation and written material) for social media platforms

● Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns for Google Ads, Facebook, and other social media platforms

● Use web analytics and marketing tools to improve visibility and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to drive website traffic

● Oversee the organization’s social media presence, creating, managing and scheduling posts and responding to comments

● Assist with website design, content updates, and ensure that websites are user-friendly and visually appealing

● Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams to manage projects and ensure consistent branding

● Attend Marketing Stand Up meetings every Monday

Qualifications:

● Experience in creating various forms of content including writer content, graphics, images, videos and animations

● Proficiency in managing and optimizing social media platforms including content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and data analysis on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn

● Strong understanding of design principles, storytelling and effective communication

● Knowledge of SEO and ability to improve online content visibility in search engine results

● Proficiency in creating and managing digital advertising campaigns

● Basic web development skills such as HTML, CSS and an understanding of content management systems Familiarity with various platforms including WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla for managing and updating website content
