Open Positions:
Secretary:
- Attends all monthly meeting & takes notes
- Organized & good communicator
- Helps with various in-person events & beach cleanups
- Executive vote on decisions & campaigns
- 4-12 hours/month
Volunteer Coordinator:
- Works closely with the Chair & Vice chair to create & disseminate chapter events & info
- Creates links
- Builds out monthly email(s)
- Updates website & event calendar monthly
- Helps with various in-person events & beach cleanups
- Executive vote on decisions & campaigns
- 15-25 hours/month
Social Media Coordinator
- Creates content & posts weekly to chapter social channels (FB, IG Feed & stories)
- Creative & tech-savvy
- Open to learning how to create & edit social posts & reels
- Helps with various in-person events & beach cleanups
- Executive vote on decisions & campaigns
- 15-20 hours/month
Beach Cleanup Coordinator:
- Works closely with the events/social media/volunteer coordinator
- Finds beach cleanup leads
- Helps plan for beach cleanups for local events & collaborations
- Logs beach clean up trash data
- Helps with various in-person events
- Executive vote on decisions & campaigns
- 8-12 hours/month
