Are you passionate about empowering youth, fostering economic mobility, and creating lasting change in underserved communities? Frontline Millionaires University (FMU) is seeking dynamic, visionary individuals to join our Board of Directors and help guide our mission to transform lives through education, leadership development, and workforce training.

At FMU, we are committed to empowering youth with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to succeed. From leadership development and construction safety training to holistic mental health support and global career readiness, we create programs that prepare the next generation to thrive.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals with expertise in areas such as:

  • Workforce Development
  • Legal and Compliance
  • Marketing and Communications
What You’ll Do

As a member of FMU’s Board of Directors, you will:

  • Shape the strategic direction of FMU and provide governance oversight.
  • Contribute your expertise to strengthen FMU’s impact.
  • Support fundraising efforts and connect FMU with potential donors, partners, and sponsors.
  • Act as an ambassador for FMU’s mission within your networks.
What You’ll Gain

Commitment
  • Board members meet quarterly, with occasional committee meetings or special events.
  • Expect a time commitment of approximately 4-6 hours per month, including meetings, event attendance, and strategic support.
