Spots available: 10+
This year the Winter Solstice takes place on Saturday, December 21st. Please join us to celebrate the return of the sun at the 31st year of our lantern festival!
This beautiful festival takes place on Granville Island and Yaletown in Vancouver.
There will be lantern walks, artist-run workshops, music, dancing, the meditative Labyrinth of Light, and much celebration in the darkness - join us!
Volunteers will help us make spaces beautiful, keep the labyrinths glowing, collect donations, assist performers, help folks in the workshops, and so much more. Most roles are focused on the day of the solstice on December 21st, and the majority of the shifts are between 5pm and 11pm, though some roles will be available leading up to the festival as well.
Be part of the long tradition of volunteer activities at our beloved community festival - your help is so appreciated!
To volunteer you will be emailed a link to complete an Impact profile, and scheduling will occur via self-selecting suitable shifts and roles on MyImpact.
