DIVINE All Along Foundation, Inc. seeks a seasoned professional who can work along side the Executive Director of this young, pre-funded human rights organization. DIVINE All Along is dedicated to ending religious abuse for our queer family in three ways: assessing and credentialing current faith communities in our DIVINE Spaces program, our Reclaim Your Divinity program that facilitates online and inperson peer support programs for those impacted by relgious abuse and trauma, and through our advocacy program, Flipping Tables.
The ideal candidate has either previous experience as an executive director or work closely with one who understand what it's like to work on development plans, donor relations, board members, grant work, and knows how to get things done.
For now this is an unpaid, volunteer position. In the future as the foundation secures funding, this position could become a paid position. Ideally you will be able to give up to 25 hours a week consistently. I know this is a lot to ask, but our mission is big and I know the right person is out there, ready to take on the mantle of being part of a movement to end religious abuse.

To that end, our vision is bold, history-shaping, and healing: The eradication of the influence of flawed theology on power structures and the restoration of rights and wholeness for all those abused, rejected and oppressed by religion. DIVINE All Along is taking on the mission to end religious abuse in three ways:
RECLAIM YOUR DIVINITY is DIVINE All Along’s facilitator-led queer communities and programs for recovery from religious abuse that are "pay what you can", safe, online and in-person. Meetings are facilitated by members of our DIVINE All Along Community Partners Network(tm).
DIVINE All Along Community Partners is our program that partners with individuals and organizations across the spectrum to build out a national network of qualified organizations to facilitate RECLAIM YOUR DIVINITY in-person and online meetings and be a part of the Flipping Tables(tm) public advocacy initiatives.
Flipping Tables is DIVINE All Along’s public advocacy arm, created to be the coalition leader for organizations and individuals to unite and directly call out the flawed theology that causes the abuse and hold accountable those who are responsible for the abuse and end religious abuse.
