Support ACCIS at the "Together We Thrive" Fundraiser!
Event Date: Sunday, December 15, 2024
Location: Gibbons Community Center, 4701 Gibbons Dr., Carmichael, CA 95608
Join the Arab Community Center for Integration Services (ACCIS) as a volunteer for our annual "Together We Thrive" fundraiser! Your support will help us host a successful event that raises funds to empower immigrants and refugees in our community.
Volunteer RolesChoose from the following roles:
- Set-Up Crew (12:00 PM - 4:00 PM): Assist with setting up tables, chairs, decorations, auction displays, and event materials.
- Event Support (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM): Help greet guests, manage the silent and live auctions, serve as event guides, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Clean-Up Crew (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM): Assist with breaking down tables, clearing decorations, and ensuring the venue is clean and organized.
- All-Day Volunteer (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM): Be there for the entire event to help wherever needed, from setup to cleanup. Meals and breaks will be provided for full-day volunteers.
- Be part of a meaningful event that supports community integration and cultural celebration.
- Gain hands-on experience with event planning and execution.
- Meet new people and work alongside a passionate team.
- Receive a certificate of appreciation for your contribution.

The Arab Community Center for Integration Services (ACCIS) empowers immigrants and refugees in Sacramento to become productive members of the community while preserving their cultural identity. Since 2014, ACCIS has been a vital resource in Sacramento, offering programs that promote self-sufficiency, education, and cultural connection. Our initiatives include business training, youth workshops, community events, and referral services, fostering integration and celebrating diversity.
