Culturequip, a startup non-profit African culture immersion center, is seeking passionate individuals to join our mission of promoting African heritage, identity, and unity. Be part of a transformative journey to create a vibrant space for education, connection, and healing.
1. Cultural Program Facilitator
Role: Develop and lead engaging workshops, cultural activities, and storytelling sessions showcasing African traditions, arts, and history.
Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops, classes, or tours to immerse participants in various cultural traditions, including art, music, dance, or storytelling.
- Create engaging presentations to educate participants about cultural practices, histories, and values.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure accuracy and authenticity of cultural content.
- Provide feedback on program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Note: These positions are currently unpaid volunteer roles, perfect for individuals passionate about African heritage and community building.
