Position Overview: We're seeking a dedicated virtual volunteer to provide essential back-office support to help strengthen our organization's administrative foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with digital file organization and document management
• Support email communications and correspondence
• Help maintain databases and spreadsheets
• Schedule coordination and calendar management
• Basic data entry and administrative tasks
• Virtual meeting support and coordination

Required Skills:

• Strong computer literacy and internet connectivity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and reliable

Time Commitment:

• Flexible hours (3-10 hours per week)
• Minimum 3-month commitment
