Become A Volunteer For WAFA (Water Air Food Awards)
WAFA is a volunteer-based NGO headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our main
activities are to identify, recognize and award community initiatives that address basic needs
and collaborate with nature. By doing this, we give a voice to otherwise unknown and
unheard heroes.
We are looking for a Buiness Developer. As a Business Developer, you will be part of a team
to develop, market and sell service offering and work closely with international colleagues!
If you are passionate about the environment and if you want to bring in your BD skills to help
elevate WAFA to the next level, then we have a spot for you!
Your responsibilities:
● Identify (and verify) potential revenue service offerings
● Develop and describe service offering portfolio
● Support in defining and assessing delivery capabilities and capacities
● Support in developing service readiness parameters
● Develop marketing plan in collaboration with marketing team
● Create marketing content
● Develop and implement go-to-market strategy
● Build pipeline structure
● Identify and approach potential target clients
We expect you to:
● Haveexperience in defining and driving business development tasks (see above)
● Experience in delivery preparations (nice-to-have)
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● BeSelf-motivated and able to work independently
● Haveexperience or interest in sustainability and our mission
● Haveaneyefor details with an open and creative mind
● Beastrong communicator
● Befluent in English writing and verbally
● Danish for local contacts (Nice-to-have)
● Haveavailability of 6-8 hours per week minimum (more if possible).
It goes without saying that you enjoy working with people and are a team player, and that you are self-driven and well-organized. You will be working remotely and require access to a computer with fast internet connection. We communicate via emails and video calls.
