Position Overview: The Administrative Intern will assist with the daily operations of the nonprofit, providing support in areas such as scheduling, data entry, office management, and communication. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning about the administrative functions of a nonprofit organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and preparing materials.
  • Help maintain office files, both electronic and paper.
  • Support the team with data entry, reporting, and tracking.
  • Assist in creating and updating policies and procedural documents.
  • Provide support for special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or Organizational Leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
