The Data Entry Associate is responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate data within our database, Salesforce. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage large volumes of information, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and comfortable with handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into our systems accurately- Verify and update existing data
- Ensure data security and confidentiality
- Verify and correct data discrepancies and inaccuracies in existing records.
Requirements
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy while performing data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
