Thank you for your interest in joining the Sending Sunshine team! This is a Manager level position, and will require you to be dedicated and committed. You will have the ability to gain documented volunteer hours through this position if desired.

• Managing relationships with corporate and community partners
• Organizing and hosting online card-writing workshops for corporate and community partners
• Identifying and attending community events (both online and in person within the GTA) that align with Sending Sunshine's mission
• Hosting a few volunteer events each year (both online and in person)
• Representing Sending Sunshine in a positive and professional manner
• Being responsive to email requests, answering in less than 24 hours during weekdays
• Attending team meetings
• Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

• Must be located in the Greater Toronto Area. Applicants outside of this region will not be considered.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Hard working and dependable
• Web conferencing experience
• Comfortable with Google Suite (including Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Comfortable with public speaking in person and virtually
• Be able to attend some in person events throughout the year (for example, managing a booth at Streetsville's Christmas in the Village event)
