Oversee the technical development of CSA’s platform, ensuring the design and architecture align with CSA’s goals, standards, and objectives. Provide hands-on guidance in the design, development, and implementation of software.

  • Backlog Management:
Work with stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog and ensure that the most important features are being developed and delivered first. Help break down high-level requirements into actionable user stories.

  • Track and Report Progress:
Monitor the team’s progress and provide clear, consistent updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Identify potential risks and issues early and address them proactively.

  • Process Improvement:
Continuously assess the development process and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and team collaboration. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, with hands-on experience in coding, system architecture, and design.

  • Experience leading and mentoring a diverse team of developers and technical specialists.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a remote, cross-functional team.
