We work to bridge gaps in access to essential community resources through socially-driven technology. Position Overview:
We are seeking a Corporate Relations Volunteer to support our corporate fundraising efforts. This volunteer will assist in cultivating and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and sponsors to secure funding and resources for CSA’s programs. If you are passionate about nonprofit work, enjoy building business relationships, and are excited to help create opportunities for corporate partnerships, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Partnership Outreach:
Assist in identifying potential corporate partners whose values align with CSA’s mission. Help initiate conversations with companies and organizations to explore mutually beneficial partnerships.Corporate Giving Campaigns:
Support the planning and execution of corporate giving campaigns, including sponsorship opportunities, employee giving programs, and in-kind donations. Help develop compelling materials to promote these campaigns.Sponsorship Management:
Assist in securing sponsorships for CSA’s events and programs. Work closely with corporate partners to ensure their needs are met and that they feel engaged in CSA’s mission. Help draft sponsorship packages and ensure proper recognition of sponsors.Donor Stewardship:
Help build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with corporate donors, ensuring they receive regular updates on the impact of their contributions. Assist in crafting thank-you letters and recognition communications for corporate donors.Corporate Volunteer Engagement:
Coordinate opportunities for corporate employees to volunteer with CSA, creating meaningful experiences that strengthen corporate relationships and enhance their engagement with CSA’s mission.Impact Reporting:
Assist in creating and distributing impact reports that demonstrate the tangible results of corporate partnerships, showcasing how corporate support has helped make a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.Research and Prospecting:
Conduct research on potential corporate donors, identifying companies that may be interested in supporting CSA’s mission through financial contributions, in-kind donations, or employee engagement.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and engage corporate partners.
Ability to write compelling proposals, sponsorship packages, and thank-you communications.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with corporate fundraising or corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs is a plus, but not required.
Strong research skills and the ability to identify and approach potential corporate partners.
Passion for nonprofit work and a desire to support CSA’s mission of empowering vulnerable populations.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with a team.
Location: Remote
Role Type: Volunteer (Part-time)
Time Commitment: Approximately 8 hours per week, flexible schedule.
