Company Overview:
The Center for Societal Aspiration (CSA) is a startup 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to rehabilitating vulnerable members of the community, including those facing addiction, homelessness, and poverty through socially driven technology.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator Volunteer to join our marketing team as a volunteer. The Content Creator Volunteer will be responsible for creating visually engaging content that effectively communicates CSA’s mission and initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your design skills while contributing to a meaningful cause.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create eye-catching graphics for various digital platforms, including social media posts, newsletters, and website content, to promote CSA's programs and events.Media Production:
Assist in the production of multimedia content, including videos, animations, and presentations, to enhance CSA’s storytelling and outreach efforts.Brand Development:
Help maintain and develop CSA’s brand identity by ensuring consistency in design and messaging across all marketing materials.Collaborative Projects:
Work closely with the marketing and communications team to brainstorm and execute design ideas for campaigns, events, and fundraising initiatives.Animation Production: Contribute to the creation of engaging animation content, including storyboarding, character design, motion graphics, and 2D/3D animations, to enhance CSA’s storytelling and outreach initiatives.
Content Creation:
Design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and posters to support CSA’s events and fundraising activities.Feedback and Revisions:
Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Stay Current:
Keep up to date with design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovations to CSA’s visual communications.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Passion for nonprofit work and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
