ORGANIZATION: The Village of Hope

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to patients.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

  • Participate in team meetings and case conferences.

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in mental health care and treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Current license as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Louisiana.

  • Experience in mental health nursing or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
