Lifesong Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking sewing enthusiasts willing to contribute their time to make walker bags for our hospice patients who are seniors. We provide materials and instructions; you provide the talent and time to sew the bags. Our hospice patients rely on walker bags to carry essential items, including small oxygen tanks. These bags help them maintain dignity and mobility. If you can sew, have access to a sewing machine, want to volunteer from home, and want to contribute in a meaningful way to someone else's life, please contact Lifesong Hospice.

To meet the needs and wishes of our residents to an ever-changing and evolving landscape of healthcare, the Leader family has added Lifesong Hospice to its continuum of care services. Lifesong Hospice completes the circle of care the Leader family has been providing. Lifesong is about living each day with grace. Each of our residents lead a unique life. Lifesong will personalize hospice care plans to help our resident’s transition to be as comfortable as possible and tailored to their needs and preferences. In doing this, we seek to celebrate the meaning of their lives and ensure that their unique legacy is honored.

We will provide care and support for the family and the individual, and serve them with the utmost respect, regard, and grace.
