### Your Role:
As our **Funding & Campaign Manager**, you will:
- **Develop and execute fundraising strategies** to secure both short-term and long-term financial support from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
- **Lead advocacy and awareness campaigns** across multiple platforms to engage potential supporters, raise visibility, and inspire action.
- **Cultivate and maintain relationships** with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, government agencies, and community leaders.
- **Manage fundraising events** and online campaigns to engage a diverse audience and drive financial contributions.
- **Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance** to ensure fundraising goals are met and best practices are implemented.

### What We’re Looking For:
- **Experience:** 1+ years in fundraising, campaign management, or related roles in the non-profit sector, with proven success in securing funding and driving successful campaigns.
- **Passion:** Deep commitment to social change, sustainability, and global development.
- **Strategic Mindset:** Ability to think creatively, plan strategically, and execute with precision.
- **Communication Skills:** Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
- **Global Perspective:** Experience working with international stakeholders and managing multi-country projects is a plus.
- **Tech-Savvy:** Familiarity with fundraising software, CRM systems, and digital campaign tools.
