This is a remote volunteer opportunity. Looking for an individual who can create a 1-page newsletter twice a year for fundraising that can be sent to our donors. This will require that the volunteer get input from the pantry director and other volunteers as well to compile all the information necessary. Topics will include pantry operations, composition of pantry clients, and general information about the pantry. The newsletter would need to be made as both a printable and email format.

Description
The Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry is a ministry of the Prospect Hill Baptist Church. Started in August of 2001 by then deacons Linda Freeman and Lana Lindenmuth, the operation has grown during its 20 years of existence to serve clients throughout Delaware County. The Pantry is a non-denominational, non-sectarian food pantry that supplies food to those in need throughout our local communities and is a completely volunteer-run operation. Families are provided with a variety of fresh produce, frozen meats and shelf stable items to meet their household’s nutritional needs.
We serve all people, regardless of gender, age, race, religion, country of origin, sexual orientation, etc. and help nearly 1000 families in many different communities.
