Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: The ARTree Community Arts Center

Our board is small and we operate without an executive director. Therefore, board members
are asked to perform various administrative, volunteer or planning duties. General duties of
secretary are: take minutes at meetings, distribute minutes prior to next meeting, Google Meets
meeting coordination and all paper correspondence.
Board members are assigned an ARTree email address, which should be checked regularly.
Voting and/or discussions happen via email on occasion, and all board members are expected
to reply if possible.
Board members need to stay informed by reading monthly board reports, newsletters, and if
possible, keeping up with our social media presence.
Helpful to be familiar with Word, Pages, Google Meets and Dropbox.
