Over the next month, our residents will be providing feedback about their experience through our digital survey. We are looking for volunteers to provide in-person assistance to residents, helping them navigate and fill out the survey on their personal devices. This support will be on an as-needed basis; we will connect you with residents as they request support.
This opportunity is flexible, and we will work with your schedule! Each support session is a 30 minute to 1 hour time commitment.
Locations where support is needed:
- Park Boulevard Manor (4135 Park Boulevard, Oakland)
- Doh Oh Yuen (211 8th Street, Oakland)
- University Neighborhood Aparments (1721 University Avenue, Berkeley)
Additional locations may be added as need is assessed.

Description
The purpose of the SAHA's Volunteer Program is to improve the quality of living and promote health and well-being for Satellite Housing's residents. Volunteers will help foster community by facilitating activities for the residents, such as exercise groups, art classes, discussion groups, providing health and wellness information, leading or participating in games, assisting with special events, etc. The residents really appreciate the effort that is put forth by the volunteers, and look forward to the weekly interactions.
