The Greater CT Western MA chapter of Breakthrough T1D is looking for a spanish speaking outreach volunteer. Our outreach volunteer will assist with touchpoints to newly dianogsed T1D (type 1 diabetes) families and help communicate upcoming Breakthrough T1D events and resources, and offer a network of support for families facing a T1D diagnosis.
