What You’ll Do:

  • Host a virtual cooking class over Zoom, where you’ll guide participants step-by-step in preparing a delicious vegetarian dish.
  • Use fresh, locally sourced produce from our farmers market to highlight the importance of supporting local farmers and eating seasonally.
  • Share tips, tricks, and cooking techniques to help participants feel confident in the kitchen.
  • Classes are held Tuesdays at 5:00 PM and you will be scheduled to host occasionally (you can sign up for dates that work best for you).

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Individuals who are enthusiastic about cooking and love sharing their knowledge with others.
  • Experience in teaching or leading cooking classes is a plus, but not required.
  • A passion for healthy, plant-based cooking and local, sustainable ingredients.
  • Must be available to host a Zoom class for 30 minutes.

Why Volunteer with Us?

  • Inspire others to explore vegetarian cooking and embrace healthy eating habits.
  • Support your community by promoting local produce and small-scale farming.
  • Connect with others who share your love for food and cooking.
  • Make a positive impact while having fun in the kitchen!

If you’re ready to share your culinary expertise and bring people together over a love of food, we’d love to hear from you!
