The STEM program is open to all students from preschool to high school with the mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application, designed to teach students in the STEM fields, yielding globally competitive results. Position: Sponsorship and Partnership Manager Location: Remote Time commitment: Flexible Hours Description As the Sponsorship and Partnership Manager for STEM Canada, you will drive the development of strategic partnerships and sponsorships that support and expand our mission. Your work will focus on building relationships with industry leaders, educational institutions, and community organizations that align with our goals. This position requires excellent communication and networking skills, as well as a passion for creating mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance STEM Canada’s reach and impact. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and secure sponsorship opportunities and partnerships that align with STEM Canada’s mission and programs. Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and donors, ensuring clear communication and ongoing engagement. Work with the Marketing team to create sponsorship packages, proposals, and presentations that highlight the benefits of partnering with STEM Canada. Negotiate terms of sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring both STEM Canada’s interests and those of partners are addressed. Coordinate with event and program teams to integrate sponsors and partners into relevant initiatives. Track and report on partnership outcomes, including financial contributions, brand exposure, and engagement metrics. Organize recognition programs for sponsors and partners to ensure their contributions are acknowledged and appreciated. Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities to create innovative partnership strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of experience in sponsorship, partnership management, or business development Proven track record of building successful partnerships and securing sponsorships Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to create compelling presentations and sponsorship materials Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Passion for STEM education and community development Experience in non-profit or educational organizations (preferred) Benefits: Enjoy flexible working hours with a minimum commitment of 6 hours per week.
