About Us:

Founded in 2021, Anything Helps is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating and clearing pathways to stability for individuals experiencing homelessness across Washington State. Through collaborative partnerships, evidence-based support, and technology-driven innovation, we empower our clients to achieve their goals and dismantle systemic barriers to sustainable change.

Our Core Values are embodied in everything we do:

  • Trust Through Transparency: Radical honesty and open communication are essential for fostering trust with clients, staff, and community partners.
  • Progress Through Partnership: Collaboration with diverse partners allows us to prioritize client needs above institutional demands, improving our collective impact.
  • Change Through Community: In our work, we serve the entire community - both housed and unhoused - and emphasize collective action and community involvement to address homelessness collaboratively and constructively.

The Pathfinders Program:

At the heart of Anything Helps is the Pathfinders Program, a groundbreaking model designed to expand and enhance homelessness services across Washington State. This program offers homeless service workers a flexible, supplemental income opportunity while enabling immediate, personalized care for clients.

Pathfinders are independent contractors who work closely with clients to deliver Medicaid-funded, client-centered support. Leveraging advanced technology and a statewide professional network to distribute casework, Pathfinders provides essential services that support housing stability, employment, and overall well-being. This innovative program not only empowers workers by respecting their primary commitments but also fosters inter-agency collaboration and strengthens the statewide homelessness response system.

About Anything Helps

Location:

101 6th Ave S, STE 414, SEATTLE, WA 98104, US

Mission Statement

Through technology, innovation and frontline work, Anything Helps wants to end homelessness in King County. Lead by people with lived experience of homelessness, we center the people we serve in everything we do. We won't quit until everyone is provided with a clear path to a safe, dignified and permanent home.

Description

All members of our outreach team are people with lived experience, and trained to find commonalities with the people they encounter. By doing this, the people we serve invite us into their lives. We walk alongside them, between service gaps and across silos, which allows us to establish trust and identify service gaps in the system. By simply asking what our clients need, not assuming or telling them what we think they need, their voice is naturally centered in everything we do. These experiences synthesize and the results drive our work.

Some of the services we've provided in the last year:

Supportive Outreach, Intensive Case Management, Housing Navigation, Frontline Service Provider Training, Crisis De-Escalation Training, Housing Retention, Landlord Liaison Program, Benefits Enrollment, Identification Procurement, Information and Referrals, Peer Support, By-Name List Generation.

As a non-profit organization in it's early years, it is a challenge for Anything Helps to jumpstart infrastructure necessary to operate. This includes liability insurance, equipment, email, our website, and staffing costs. We need to generate a reliable source of funding that allows us to pay our staff and our minimal expenses. This would allows us to provide consistent and quality care to our clients. We also need assistance with the development of organizational policies and procedures, some board mentorship, and a source of flexible funds to allow us to be expedient and adaptable to the needs of our clients.
