Primary Tasks (but not limited to)

1. Get to know our current foster base on a personal level, so when these dogs come through we know who we can place/ask to foster with our current foster base
2. Building positive rapport with current fosters
3. Solicit new fosters through facebook, social media, networking and out reach
4. Checking in with current foster families to maintain a positive relationship between families and the rescue. Identify family disclosed issues and looping in the appropriate team when necessary
5. Hosting twice monthly virtual info sessions to overview the ELO handbook for recently onboarded fosters.
6. Implement a structured onboarding proccess as we pull from the ACC or onboard a new foster takeover requests.
7. implement virtual foster orientations for potential fosters interested in fostering with us (monthly)
8. Being the point of contact for foster takeover requests and working closely with the founder to identify new placement for the dog in need while updating the current foster family and navigating the difficulties of finding new fosters.
9. Overseeing foster transfers when a takeover occurs to ensure the new foster is fully prepared and the prior foster has transitioned the dog over diligently.
10. Connecting with the founder, director of adoptions and in-house trainerm to determine if in person training sessions are needed for current fosters.
11. Scheduling supply pick up from HQ when necessary.
12. Work with Admin Team on other misc needs on a need to need basis - things come up daily

We go above and beyond providing white glove service to our foster parents, prioritizing transparency and building strong, meaningful relationships with our foster parents-something we hold very dear.
