SOUNDS Academy will be hosting our winter concert for our students to perform. Our staff will need support with checking guests in, managing stage tasks (i.e. moving instruments, microphones, etc.), green room supervision (supervising our students while they wait to perform), front door supervision (waiting at the front door for guests who may be in and out of the building or running late), an usher to escort guests to their seats, an assistant to support with the sound, and a student liaison assistant (getting students out of the green room and prepared to perform).

SOUNDS Academy is a non-profit music education program that teaches, mentors, and provides musical experiences and opportunities to underserved youth.
Description
Today SOUNDS Academy gives instruments and weekly instruction to 300 students through its Community and Strings Programs. They have served over 19,000 students through the Musical Access Program. They do this through outreach programs that focus on teaching the values of creativity, leadership, perseverance, resilience, and teamwork through music education.
Our vision is to provide music education opportunities to a wide variety of children while removing any barriers that children may have in receiving quality music education. We serve underserved communities, primarily in West and South Phoenix, Arizona that do not have music education due to affordability and accessibility.
