Join us on Thursday, November 21 as we pack Thanksgiving Food Baskets for the community from 9 am-12 pm as well as Friday, November 22 for our Turkey Distribution from 8:30 am-3:30 pm. We have two shifts available: 8:30 am-12:30 pm and 12:30 pm-3:30 pm. Volunteers will be helping prepare food baskets on Thursday, November 21 and on Friday, November 22 will be helping get turkeys out of freezer, getting baskets ready to hand out and helping baskets to be carried out.

Description

The Salvation Army offers social services and recreational programs with the goal of addressing specific physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of each family, individual, child/youth, or elderly person. Services provided include, but not limited to: emergency food shelves, school supply programs, rental/utility assistance, educational programs, outreach to the homeless, family and youth camping, community center programs, Christmas assistance programs, nursing home visitations, corrections programs, and disaster services.
