BigBang Artwork is a non-profit organization based in Silicon Valley, California, dedicated to providing K-12 students with hands-on experiences in creativity, business, and mentorship. Role Description
This is a remote volunteer role for a Human Resources Generalist at BigBang Artwork. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and overall HR management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a non-profit organization is a plus
- Strong understanding of HR practices and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Human Resources (HR) Management skills
