Eno River Media, a North Carolina nonprofit dedicated to "Building a stronger North Carolina film economy through advocacy by working with a network of industry professionals," is seeking six new Board of Directors members. The ideal candidates should have over five years of experience in the film or television industry, be established professionals who are not focused on advancing their own businesses, and have strong ties to North Carolina with a genuine interest in promoting the state’s film industry growth. Responsibilities for board members include:
- Monthly Zoom meetings every second Wednesday
- July and November New Board Member Receptions
- Raleigh/Governor Tree Lighting Ceremony
- Annual Retreat
- Attendance at least one full day of an ERM film shoot
- Attendance for one day at the North Carolina Film Festival or, if unavailable, purchase of two tickets
- Attendance at least two industry social events
- Attendance at one additional NC film festival (other than NCFF)
- Participation in the Swearing-In/Inauguration Ceremony
- Fall/Winter Holiday Dinner
- Attendance for several hours at the NC Legislative Advocacy Visit

Connections with people and organizations in every sector and industry associated with the movie and television production business, philanthropy, and entertainment are crucial in realizing our goals. By promoting collaboration in the form of alliances, partnerships, linkages, and mergers Eno River Media builds a stronger voice in support of the Industry.
- Advance efforts with the entertainment industry, such as current work with The Film Foundation, The Ad Council, and with more national arts service organizations
- Connect with more national associations for elected leaders, such the National Governors Association and the National Conference of State Legislatures
- Connect with more national associations for the private sector, such as the Business Roundtable and the National Chamber of Commerce
- Build and forge stronger connections to public and private sector leaders through ERMP’s Board of Directors
- Develop a strong private sector initiative for movie and television arts funding with corporate leaders; individual philanthropists; and national, community, and family foundations
- Develop an initiative to increase arts giving by young and emerging philanthropists
