As a Resident Mentor at Another Chance, you will provide guidance and support to residents, helping them navigate their daily lives and achieve their personal and professional goals. Your role will be crucial in fostering a supportive and empowering environment within our residential programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Offering one-on-one mentoring and support to residents, addressing their personal and professional needs.
- Assisting residents in setting and achieving goals related to their development and well-being.
- Organizing and leading workshops, support groups, and educational sessions.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with residents to promote a positive and inclusive community.
- Coordinating with other staff and service providers to ensure residents receive comprehensive support.
- Maintaining accurate records of resident progress and program activities.
