As a Transportation Coordinator at Another Chance, you will manage and oversee transportation logistics to ensure smooth and efficient travel for our clients and staff. Your role will support the operational needs of our programs by coordinating and facilitating reliable transportation services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and scheduling transportation for clients and staff, including arranging pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Ensuring all transportation resources are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Managing transportation logistics for events, appointments, and program activities.
- Keeping accurate records of transportation schedules, vehicle usage, and expenses.
- Collaborating with other teams to address transportation needs and resolve any issues.
- Maintaining communication with drivers and clients to ensure timely and effective service.
