About Golden Healer Service Dogs
Who We Are: Golden Healer Service Dogs is a nonprofit organization that specializes in training and placing service dogs with individuals who have a wide range of disabilities, including physical impairments, autism, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Our service dogs are more than just companions; they are highly skilled partners that empower their handlers to navigate daily challenges, fostering greater independence and a higher quality of life.
Our Programs: Golden Healer Service Dogs offers a range of programs designed to support individuals from all walks of life. Our services include:
- Service Dog Training: Comprehensive training programs that prepare dogs to assist individuals with specific disabilities.
- Therapy Dog Services: Trained therapy dogs that provide emotional support in hospitals, schools, nursing homes, and other community settings.
- Client Support and Education: Ongoing support and training for clients to ensure they and their service dogs can work together effectively.
