Support the Red Cross from home by helping to coordinate volunteers for life-saving blood drives! As a Scheduling Team Member, you’ll manage shift schedules, communicate with volunteers, and assist with their onboarding to help ensure smooth operations at blood drives throughout New Hampshire and Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Keep blood drive schedules updated
- Recruit and communicate with volunteers by phone & email
- Teach volunteers how to self-schedule online
- Manage volunteer engagement and follow-up
Requirements
- Passionate about the Red Cross mission
- Comfortable with computers and virtual scheduling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
