Purpose: This position assists with donor and partner relations to help fill the needs of the Project C.U.R.E. Philanthropy Team.
Responsibilit ies:
Represent Project C.U.R.E.’s values and mission to staff, donors, and prospective donors.
Ensure great donor experience through written thank you letters and personal phone calls.
Follow up with new contacts in person, on the phone, or through written communication to help connect them to Project C.U.R.E. opportunities .
Work with the Executive Director to identify potential partner needs.
Track progress in database to ensure accurate and effective communication with donors and prospective donors.
Report any feedback or issues to supervisor.
Skills Desired:
Basic knowledge of computer and email technology.
Previous fundraising experience would be great. Even if it was in a volunteer capacity!
Strong public speaking skills preferred.
Time and Location :
Flexible. 3+ hours per week , preferably early in the week if possible .
Remote or in person.
Reports to: Executive Director

Project C.U.R.E. (Commission on Urgent Relief and Equipment) is the registered trademark of the Benevolent Healthcare Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. Since 1987, Project C.U.R.E. has provided millions of dollars of donated medical supplies and equipment to sick and dying people living in more than 138 developing countries. Project C.U.R.E. serves as a liaison between we who have so much and those who have too little. With its International Headquarters located in Centennial, Colorado, Project C.U.R.E. has major operations in Denver, Chicago, Houston, Kansas City, Nashville, Mid-Atlantic (Philadelphia) and Phoenix. Project C.U.R.E. ships millions of dollars in lifesaving medical supplies, sending an average of two to three semi-truck sized cargo containers each week to nearly every continent on the globe.
