Be part of the excitement as a Tree-Lot Builder! Join us in preparing for our annual "Buy A Tree. Change A Life." (BATCAL) fundraiser, where each tree sold supports local and global youth programs. Your help in setting up the tree lot will create a welcoming, festive atmosphere, attracting families and supporters to contribute to CORB’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the Tree Lot: Assist with unloading and arranging trees for display, ensuring the lot is organized and accessible.
Set Up Supplies: Arrange tents, tables, and decorations to create a festive holiday environment.
Safety Checks: Help secure and stabilize trees to maintain a safe environment for shoppers.
Signage and Decoration: Install signs, banners, and decorations to enhance the lot’s appearance and communicate BATCAL’s mission.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other volunteers and team leaders to ensure a smooth setup process and readiness for opening day.
Requirements:
A passion for community service and helping CORB’s youth programs thrive.
Ability to lift, carry, and move Christmas trees and other materials. (Closed-toed Shoes only!)
Willingness to work outdoors and contribute to a team effort.
No previous experience required! Just a positive attitude and readiness to make a difference!
