The purpose of this Board of Directors position is to keep record of board meeting minutes and communicate with board members regarding those meetings and minutes.

Principal Accountabilities:

Ensure the safety and accuracy of all board records.

Review board minutes and email minutes to board members within 1 week of meeting.

Provide notice of board meetings and other meetings as required.

Assume the role of board chair if the chair is unable to attend board meetings.

  • Not serve on more than three boards at any given time, 100% giving board of at least $1200 per fiscal year to the operational budget ( personally or through your network), 2 year commitment, attend 75% of board meetings + 1 annual retreat
