Role Description:

As a Program Development and Oversight Volunteer, you will:

* Collaborate with our team to develop programs that align with our mission and meet the unique needs of the community.

* Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of these programs.

* Provide feedback and support to improve and innovate existing programs.

* Work closely with the team to align program activities with the overall vision of Kaiwa Cares.

Ideal Candidate:

* Strong organizational and planning skills.

* Experience or interest in program development, youth advocacy, or nonprofit work.

* Passion for supporting mental health and youth development.

* Ability to commit to a flexible schedule that accommodates program needs.
