The Animal Pad is an all-breed, all need dog rescue based out of sunny San Diego, CA. We are searching for a social media content creator to join our Marketing Team and fill the role of TikTok Manager, helping our incredible pups reach as many eyes as they can! If you have seen us on Instagram, you know that we are very active and typically have a lot of eyes on our posts/stories, so we’d love to extend that reach to the audience of TikTok as well.
This volunteer would solely focus on TAP’s TikTok account and presence, and MUST have experience making videos go viral! We are looking for local volunteers *only*, as this volunteer would need to be able to grab content of our dogs, either at our HQ facility in La Mesa or in their foster homes.

Mission Statement
The Animal Pad is a nonprofit, all-breed dog rescue based in San Diego, CA that focuses on saving dogs from the streets of Mexico and high kill shelters. We get them the vet care they need, place them in foster homes and then find them loving forever families. Our mission is to form a safe space for dogs experiencing crisis and neglect, and to build a community of compassion through education, rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption. Our community of volunteers and fosters strives to ensure that all dogs get a fighting chance, and believes that no case is too extreme to be helped - meaning our rescue is full of perfectly imperfect dogs who can’t wait to meet you!

Here at TAP, we give voice to the voiceless and our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and find them the best homes possible. Founded in 2010, The Animal Pad is volunteer run and funded entirely by donations. We rescue dogs primarily off the streets of Mexico as well as high kill shelters here in California, and provide them full medical care and a loving foster home to heal in before they head to their adoptive home.
