This position supports the Regional Disaster Cycle Services department. The purpose of logistics facilities is to find facilities for DRO required use based on requests; survey facilities to ensure the facility meets ARC requirements; determine condition of facility before and after use and determine and obtain needed services and products to open and use facility in a safe and healthy manner. The role of the facilities service associate is to complete assigned tasks successfully based on the purpose and key responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities and expectations include but are not limited to:

    • Gathering workers' space needs and assign accordingly, to ensure furniture & equipment needs are met, determining utilities needed, scoping building for repairs and ensuring they are done.
    • Setting up a facility tracking tool for all facilities
    • Filing agreements
    • Completing paperwork for obtaining, maintaining and returning facilities.
