Wildlife Jewels is delighted to be hosting our Planting event in Newport Beach to Celebrate Hummingbirds & Butterflies by planting flowers that attract and support them!
We are seeking volunteers to support our planting activity by volunteering as a check-in and activity assistant! In this role, you'll welcome participants, ensure a smooth check-in process, and guide them to the designated activity areas. You'll also assist with distributing materials and providing general support to help the event run smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting volunteers during check-in.
Providing directions to the planting activity areas.
Assisting with distributing tools, materials, or supplies to participants.
Offering support as needed throughout the event.
