ORGANIZATION: YMCA Teen Programming

We are looking for a knowledage Bike Mechanic teacher who can host a workshop either at their workshop or in the back parking lot of the Palo Alto Family YMCA branch. We are looking for an instructor who can lead a currirculum for 15 students to learn about caring for their bike tires, tubes, breaks, bike body, chains etc. This workshop will be to teach students how to take care for their bycicles and fix them in emergency situations.

If you currently have any experience on the mechanics of bicycles and the capacity of leading 15 students through steps, with the support of YMCA staff, we would be more than happy to meet with you!

Workshops will be schedule on any available Saturday, any time between 9am-2pm.

Currently we have Saturday dates available in December 2024 through June 2025.
