DOG WALKERS NEEDED
ORGANIZATION: German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County
Please visit the new page to apply.
German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County is searching for experienced dog walkers for morning and evening walks in the Newport Beach area. Our volunteer walkers are a crucial part of our organization, and ensuring the dogs get out for regular walks is extremely important for their well-being. Our walkers also provide vital information about the dogs which helps the team place them in the right adoptive home.
Walking schedules are flexible, but we ask for reliable, dedicated volunteers who have experience with large dogs. All walkers must go through our volunteer orientation as well as our dog handler training.
Our volunteers walk the dogs every morning (weather permitting), and multiple evenings during the week. Walkers/handlers are also needed for weekend adoption events.
We hope you'll consider joining our amazing volunteer team!
