We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to be part of an incredible night at our upcoming Gala on November 15th, 2024, at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Los Angeles, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to give back, gain experience, and enjoy an inspiring evening while helping us create a memorable event for our community.
Event Details:
- Date: November 15th, 2024
- Location: Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel, Los Angeles, CA
- Event Time: 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm PST
Volunteer Time Commitment: Please arrive by 2:30 pm PST for setup. Depending on your role, you may be asked to stay after the event for breakdown and closing tasks.
Volunteer Roles Include:
- Guest registration and check-in
- Event setup and breakdown
- Assisting with silent auctions and raffles
- Guest services and ushering
- And more!
