The Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of the S.E.E.D.S. and Bravery Bags Programs. This role involves planning, organizing, and managing various program activities to ensure successful outcomes. The key responsibilities are developing and implementing program plans, timelines, and budgets; coordinating with stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth program execution; managing program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor management; tracking program performance metrics and report on key findings; facilitating program evaluations and make recommendations for improvement and provide administrative support, such as record-keeping, data entry, and report generation.

Organizational Objectives are:
1. Create and develop future goal that will empower and guide victims in moving forward after the abuse;
2. Educate victims about financial abuse in domestic violence relationships;
3. Provide the resources and tools to help victims to leave an abusive situation to include but not limited to transportation, educational expenses, child subsidy;
