Water for Humans is seeking a Branding-Marketing volunteer - We are changing our name to "Planet Wise Solutions" and we need a volunteer who can help us with coming up with a "new" brand" (we have graphic design support).\, for both the re-named organization and our cookstove- program. The goal of this position is to help us better communicate with our communities we serve and help develop and execute a campaign targeted to high value donors.

This position will report to the Executive director and other staff members. Water for Humans / Planet Wise Solutions staff are not co-located (we all work out of our homes). Thus, the candidate must be able to work independently and be very comfortable working remotely via phone and the internet. Furthermore, we are most interested in candidates who would like to join us as a partner in this venture and make a long-term commitment to our mission in Latin America and beyond. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to fill out his/her professional portfolio and gain important references.

Required Skills A good understanding of how to effectively market organizations in the digital world Communication and documentation skills will be highly important in communicating with other technical / non-technical staff across continents.

Water for Humans / Planet Wise Solutions is a nonprofit social venture enterprise working to bring Clean cookstoves, sanitation, and clean water to communities in need through partnerships with local communities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), social entrepreneurs, universities and governments. These partnerships ensure clean drinking water, create local jobs and protect local water assets.
